- While we take utmost care in providing pet sitting services, we cannot be held liable for any unforeseen incidents, injuries, or illness that may occur during the service.
- Clients are responsible for any damage caused by their pets to property or belongings.
- Clients are advised to have their own pet insurance coverage.
- Pets will be kept in a secure and appropriate environment during their stay.
- Our team will take necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of the pets in our care.
- Clients are responsible for providing necessary supplies, such as food, medications, and bedding, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Clients will receive regular updates on their pets' well-being and activities.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and notifying us of any changes.
- Client information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing pet sitting services.
- Client information will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
- We reserve the right to terminate services if there are concerns about the safety or well-being of the pets or our staff.
