  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking.
  • Full payment is due before or upon the commencement of the pet sitting service.
  • Additional charges may apply for requested additional services or unexpected pet care needs.
  • Clients must provide a minimum notice period for cancellations, typically 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.
  • Non-refundable deposits are not eligible for refunds in case of cancellation.
  • Refunds for cancellations made within the notice period will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Pets must be in good health and free from contagious diseases.
  • Any special dietary or medical needs of the pets must be communicated in advance.
  • Clients must disclose any behavioral issues or concerns about their pets.
  • While we take utmost care in providing pet sitting services, we cannot be held liable for any unforeseen incidents, injuries, or illness that may occur during the service.
  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused by their pets to property or belongings.
  • Clients are advised to have their own pet insurance coverage.
  • Pets will be kept in a secure and appropriate environment during their stay.
  • Our team will take necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of the pets in our care.
  • Clients are responsible for providing necessary supplies, such as food, medications, and bedding, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Clients will receive regular updates on their pets' well-being and activities.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and notifying us of any changes.
  • Client information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing pet sitting services.
  • Client information will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
  • We reserve the right to terminate services if there are concerns about the safety or well-being of the pets or our staff.
